Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum age to join?
Policies vary — some gyms admit teens with a guardian’s consent, others set a firm 18+ minimum. Confirm directly if you’re asking on behalf of a younger member.
Does The Olympic Gym have showers on site?
Yes — showers are listed among the facilities on their Google Business Profile, useful if you're training around a work schedule.
Can I freeze or pause my membership?
Many gyms allow a membership freeze for travel or injury, usually for a small fee or with advance notice. It’s a policy question worth asking before you sign up, not after.
Is WiFi available on the gym floor?
Not universal, especially at smaller independent gyms — check the Facilities section on this page or ask if it matters for your workout routine.
What are The Olympic Gym's opening hours?
Hours vary by day at The Olympic Gym — for example, Monday is listed as 7 AM to 10:30 PM. See the full opening-hours table above for the rest of the week, since it changes day to day.

262 Google reviews at a 4.8 average — a substantial sample for a venue in this category, which is a fair signal of a consistent, established track record.
