Frequently asked questions
How physically demanding is a typical class?
It varies by gym and coach, but expect a genuine cardio workout even at beginner level — pad rounds and conditioning drills are standard across most Malaysian muay thai gyms.
What’s the difference between muay thai and kickboxing here?
Muay thai typically includes clinch work and elbow/knee strikes that pure kickboxing gyms leave out — worth confirming the exact curriculum if that distinction matters to you.
Can women train alongside men in the same class?
Most Malaysian muay thai gyms run mixed classes by default, though some offer women-only sessions — ask Glorious Fight Club if that’s something you’re specifically looking for.
What amenities are listed for Glorious Fight Club?
Google's Business Profile for this venue lists: restroom. See the Facilities section above for the full breakdown.
How reliable is Glorious Fight Club's Google rating?
Glorious Fight Club holds a 4.8 rating from 35 Google reviews — a reasonable, if modest, sample size that reflects genuine member experience rather than a handful of early ratings.
What are Glorious Fight Club's opening hours?
