About Treyoga Iyengar Yoga
The "Iyengar" in this studio's name refers to a specific, alignment-focused style of yoga that leans on props — blocks, straps, bolsters — to hold poses with precision, a method named after the teacher who developed it rather than a generic label for yoga in general. That's a fact about the term itself rather than a claim about what any individual class at this address covers, since the Google listing doesn't break down specific sessions or instructors.
Treyoga operates in Pusat Perdagangan Dana 1, a commercial block on Jalan PJU 1a/46 in Petaling Jaya, with hours that shift across the week rather than staying fixed: 9 AM to 6 PM on weekdays, a shorter 9 AM–4 PM block on Saturday, and a later 11 AM–4 PM start on Sunday. Paid parking is available on site, and a restroom is the only other amenity listed in the facilities data — there's no mention of showers or additional services. The linked website is a Facebook page rather than a standalone site, and it wasn't pulled for further brand detail here.
Thirty-one reviews averaging 4.9 is a striking result, with enough volume behind it that the score reads less like an early impression and more like a pattern that's held across a real number of visits. For a style of yoga that's often taught as a slower, more technical practice than flow-based classes, a studio holding a near-perfect average over three dozen-plus reviews is doing something right on a consistent basis, even without knowing the specifics of who's teaching or how large the classes run.
The Sunday start time, 11 AM rather than the earlier weekday opening, is a small but practical detail — it leaves late mornings free, which tracks with how a lot of weekend-only or reduced-Sunday schedules get built around people's later wake-up times outside the work week. Paid parking being the only parking option listed, with no free alternative mentioned, is a detail that sets this studio apart from some of the other listings here that offer at least a free street-parking fallback alongside any paid lot. For a studio in a commercial block rather than a mall with shared parking, that single paid option ends up being the only realistic choice for anyone driving in.

Frequently asked questions
How do cancellations for booked classes work?
Most studios enforce a cancellation window (commonly a few hours before class) to avoid a no-show charge — worth checking the specific policy when you book.
Are props like blocks and straps provided?
Most established studios keep a stock of props on hand, though availability can be tight during busy class times — bring your own if you rely on them regularly.
Do I need to book a class in advance?
Popular time slots at busy studios fill up fast — booking ahead by app, WhatsApp, or phone is usually safer than walking in.
Is there parking at Treyoga Iyengar Yoga?
Yes, per their Google Business Profile: paid parking lot. Worth double-checking during peak hours since availability isn’t guaranteed.
How reliable is Treyoga Iyengar Yoga's Google rating?
Treyoga Iyengar Yoga holds a 4.9 rating from 31 Google reviews — a reasonable, if modest, sample size that reflects genuine member experience rather than a handful of early ratings.
What are Treyoga Iyengar Yoga's opening hours?
Hours vary by day at Treyoga Iyengar Yoga — for example, Monday is listed as 9 AM to 6 PM. See the full opening-hours table above for the rest of the week, since it changes day to day.
