About Celebrity Fitness Gym - Main Place Mall
Celebrity Fitness's Main Place Mall branch, on the eighth floor in USJ, Subang Jaya, has pulled in 297 Google reviews averaging 4.3 — close to 300 ratings is a large enough sample that the score reflects years of members passing through rather than a short burst of early reviews. It opens at 7am and runs to 10pm on weekdays, shortening to an 8am-to-8pm window on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. The slightly earlier weekday opening and the full-year, seven-day schedule fit a club built for a wide range of routines, from early-morning swimmers using the pool before work to evening weight-training regulars.
The chain's website describes membership starting at RM170 a month on a 12-month term, booked through an app that opens class slots up to 46 hours in advance and rewards regular check-ins with badges. Facilities named on the site include a cycling studio, a dedicated group fitness studio, a playground area, and a lounge — a broader mix than a straightforward weights-and-cardio gym. The 46-hour advance booking window is unusually generous compared to most gym class systems, which typically open bookings a day or two out — a detail that matters for members trying to plan a week of classes around work schedules rather than hoping a slot opens up at the last minute.
The Google Business Profile backs this up with a swimming pool, sauna and shower, free Wi-Fi, and a wheelchair-accessible entrance and parking lot — a fuller amenity list than most gyms in this directory carry. Credit card, debit card and NFC payments are accepted, and membership is required rather than single-visit access. Between the pool, sauna and multiple studio types, this branch is built around members who want more than a rack of dumbbells for their monthly fee, even if the 4.3 average sits a shade below some smaller boutique operators nearby.
Between the pool, the sauna, and the broader studio mix, Main Place sits closer to the full-service end of the gym spectrum covered in this directory, alongside a membership structure — 12-month terms starting at RM170 — that reflects a bigger-chain pricing model rather than a month-to-month boutique arrangement.
